AI Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time AI Engineer to join our hybrid team in Casablanca. You will design, develop, and deploy AI systems in secure cloud environments, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design agentic architectures tailored to client use cases.
• Implement agent logic, tools, and orchestration within the defined architecture.
• Build and fine‑tune end‑to‑end Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
• Design, optimize, and maintain PostgreSQL schemas, queries, and vector indexes for production workloads.
• Develop the test‑generation and execution engine for the AI Code Pipeline.
• Integrate solutions with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and internal developer services.
• Create evaluation harnesses, observability dashboards, and safety guardrails for measurable agents.
• Own reliability, latency, and cost performance of shipped systems.

Required profile

• 2+ years of professional software engineering experience in Python, with strong knowledge of async, typing, packaging, and performance‑focused code.
• 1+ years building LLM or agentic systems, including tool use, function calling, orchestration, prompting, and evaluation.
• At least 6 months experience with Claude Code or similar coding‑agent technologies in a development workflow.
• Proven track record delivering production workloads for financial institutions.
• Strong problem‑solving and debugging skills on ambiguous, real‑world production issues.
• Experience shipping and operating production services with testing, CI/CD, observability, and an on‑call mindset.
• Comfortable with Git‑based workflows and code review processes.
