AI Security Architect

About the role

Stellantis is seeking an AI Security Architect to lead the design, governance, and security of enterprise AI capabilities within the CISO organization. You will ensure that AI technologies—including generative AI, machine learning models, and agentic systems—are adopted securely, at scale, and in compliance with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the enterprise AI security strategy aligned with business and cybersecurity priorities.
• Design secure architectures for AI/ML platforms, generative AI, and AI‑driven applications.
• Develop and maintain AI security reference architectures, patterns, and standards.
• Embed security controls across the full AI lifecycle (data, training, deployment, monitoring).
• Conduct AI‑specific threat modeling and risk assessments, such as prompt injection and adversarial attacks.
• Establish and enforce AI governance frameworks, policies, and ethical AI principles.
• Protect sensitive data across AI systems and prevent data leakage or misuse.
• Define monitoring and detection strategies for AI‑related risks and integrate them into existing security tools.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business, AI, and engineering teams.
• Evaluate emerging AI security technologies and support enterprise‑scale AI adoption.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity architecture covering cloud, data, application, and identity domains.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, including generative AI, large language models, and the model lifecycle.
• Proven ability to influence senior leadership and translate technical risks into business impact.
• Excellent stakeholder management and advisory skills.
