APSYS & Performance Director

About the role

Alstom is seeking a full‑time APSYS & Performance Director for its Fez site. You will lead the implementation of the Alstom Performance System (APSYS), driving operational excellence and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Site Improvement Plan (SIP) aligned with SQCD objectives.
• Coach senior managers and project teams on lean principles and APSYS methodologies.
• Facilitate and coordinate cross‑functional improvement actions to meet APSYS targets.
• Deliver training on APSYS tools, methodologies, and best practices.
• Conduct APSYS assessments, consolidate results, and share insights with the global APSYS network.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in a technical or engineering discipline.
• Proven experience coaching top management and cross‑functional teams in lean environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with a data‑driven approach to performance.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in multicultural settings.
