Architecture Sub System Team Leader

About the role

Stellantis is seeking an experienced EE Architecture Sub System Team Leader to drive the development and evolution of electrical and electronic architectures for a vehicle top‑hat. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, ensure robust deliverables, and act as the main interface between architecture, project, and component groups.

Key responsibilities

• Lead electric and electronic architecture development for a vehicle top‑hat and coordinate all related activities.
• Synthesize needs and constraints impacting EE architecture and prioritize tasks.
• Provide feedback, escalate risks, and recommend mitigation actions.
• Report project status clearly to managers and project teams.
• Deliver EE outputs on time and with required robustness for each milestone.
• Manage change and defect processes within the architecture scope.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the Architecture team, Project team, component groups, harness teams, validation, software, and after‑sales.

Required profile

• 5+ years of industry experience in EE architecture design, electrical engineering architecture roles, EE validation, or as an EE technical leader.
• Strong technical knowledge of E/E architecture design.
• Good understanding of vehicle development processes and typical automotive EE architectures.
• Fluency in both French and English.
