Area Sales Executive

About the role

The Area Sales Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth and acquiring new customers for Aramex within a defined geographic territory. You will build lasting relationships, identify business opportunities and ensure a seamless client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, generate leads and close deals to meet assigned sales targets.
• Develop and execute a sales plan to maximise market share in the area.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including the CRM team, to ensure data accuracy and effective customer analysis.
• Prepare regular reports on sales activity, pipeline health and customer interactions.
• Assist the collection team in resolving overdue accounts and ensure timely payments.
• Monitor KPIs such as visits, opportunities and new accounts, and provide competitor insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of sales experience, preferably in logistics or shipping.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Fluent English; additional languages a plus.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
