Area Sales Manager – Morocco

About the role

Pollmeier is seeking an Area Sales Manager to lead its sales activities in Morocco. Based in Casablanca, you will be the primary contact for customers across the territory, promoting the company’s sustainable wood products and driving growth.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the face of the Pollmeier brand and first point of contact for customers in the assigned region.
• Manage, expand and develop the existing sales territory through on‑site meetings and digital communication.
• Identify customer needs, build long‑term relationships and acquire new clients.
• Coordinate specialist support for complex sales situations.
• Collaborate with internal sales teams and management to meet sales targets and effectively market products.

Required profile

• Permanent residence in Morocco, preferably based in Casablanca.
• Proven field‑sales experience in the furniture, cabinet manufacturing or timber industry.
• Strong motivation for selling and taking responsibility for personal success.
• Independent, proactive work style and willingness to travel regularly within Morocco.
• Valid driver’s licence.
• Native Arabic speaker with good French and English proficiency.
