Asset Associate

About the role

Join Arrow's Asset Associate team in Casablanca and support the back‑office functions that keep our sales and customer service operations running smoothly. You will work closely with internal teams to manage inventory, process returns, and ensure accurate data flow.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze stock returns and parts, manage IPV and RDR processes.
• Expedite orders and maintain confirm dates in the system.
• Investigate inventory liabilities and update lead times.
• Reconcile BL files and clean up past‑due purchase orders.
• Handle supply responsibilities for small or non‑franchised suppliers.

Required profile

• Minimum B2 level English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
• Experience in customer service, order management, or sales.
• Strong accountability, communication, and coordination abilities.
• Team‑player attitude with a customer‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Working knowledge of Excel.
