Asset Associate

About the role

Join Arrow’s Asset Associate team in Casablanca and support the back‑office functions that keep our sales and customer service operations running smoothly. You will work in a collaborative, friendly environment, helping to manage inventory, supplier data and related processes.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze stock returns and parts.
• Process IPV’s and RDR’s.
• Expedite orders and prepare price file uploads.
• Maintain and upload confirm dates data.
• Investigate inventory liability issues.
• Update lead times and manage related information.
• Perform BL reconciliation using Infosys action files.
• Clean up past‑due purchase orders older than a set number of days.
• Handle supply responsibilities for small or non‑franchised suppliers.

Required profile

• English proficiency at minimum B2 level (spoken and written).
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• Experience in customer service, order management or sales.
• Strong accountability and communication skills.
• Customer‑oriented attitude and ability to work well in a team.
