Asset Specialist

About the role

The Asset Specialist will manage purchase orders, inventory levels and supply‑planning activities for a defined supplier portfolio within a global listed company. Working in a hybrid, cross‑functional environment, you will ensure product availability across the EMEA region, improve inventory quality and support customer delivery requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Fulfill purchase orders and manage order backlog.
• Expedite factory purchase orders to meet open customer demand.
• Match open orders to customer backlog and adjust schedules as required.
• Maintain manual bonds for non‑e‑compass accounts and handle consignment billings.
• Send corporate allocation requests, expedite backlog, and support material planner directives.
• Process EDI shipments and ensure complete release of orders.

Required profile

• Fluent English (C1 level) with excellent written and oral communication.
• Strong teamwork orientation and ability to collaborate with sales, finance, warehouse and operations teams.
