Assistant Manager – Sales (I)

About the role

The Assistant Manager – Sales (I) supports the sales team in generating and handling new business opportunities. The role ensures smooth turnover of sales projects for timely service delivery and contributes to building long‑term, value‑based customer relationships. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve personal and location sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with off‑property sales channels to coordinate efforts and avoid duplication.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective customers through sales calls, entertainment events, FAM trips and trade shows.
• Participate in sales calls, prepare proposals, draft contracts and manage customer correspondence.
• Identify new business opportunities by analysing market trends, competitor activity and customer needs.
• Support the event management team with accurate turnover information.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to foster loyalty and increase account share.

Required profile

• 2‑year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel & Restaurant Management or a related field with at least 2 years of sales/marketing experience, OR a 4‑year bachelor’s degree in a related field with no experience required.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to understand market dynamics and target customer expectations.
