About the role
Fresha, the AI‑powered operating system for the global beauty and wellness industry, is seeking an Associate Account Manager for its Casablanca office. Reporting to the Account Manager Team Lead, you will build strong relationships with partner businesses and drive the monetisation of the Fresha platform across Morocco.
Key responsibilities
- Meet key performance indicators for revenue growth, retention and platform monetisation by proactively engaging partners.
- Analyse account reports and execute upselling plans to increase monetised revenue from existing clients.
- Maintain a consistent contact strategy, conducting regular video meetings to ensure partner satisfaction and reduce churn.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless partner experience and support the adoption of Fresha’s suite of tools.
Required profile
- Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
- Proven experience driving commercial growth in large account bases, preferably within the SaaS sector.
- Strong ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
