Associate Analyst – Real Estate Data

About the role

Altus Group is looking for an Associate Analyst to join its Global Service Center. The role focuses on collecting, organizing and analysing commercial real‑estate data to support the company’s Intelligence as a Service solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage periodic setup of work files, verifying and reviewing source data.
• Support research, data collection and ingestion of key commercial‑real‑estate information.
• Follow SOPs and SLAs to use multilevel data sources, verify existing records and ensure data accuracy.
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies, requesting clarification or notifying team members as needed.
• Prepare and present lease‑level and financial exhibits for asset analysis.
• Conduct accurate analysis of asset‑ and market‑level real‑estate data.
• Contribute to the maintenance and accuracy of internal data‑management systems.
• Maintain an understanding of commercial‑real‑estate markets.
• Complete daily timesheets, clearly outlining non‑billable time and recoverable expenses.

• Base salary range of MAD 87,000 – MAD 203,000 per year.
