Atlassian Consultant – Enterprise Jira & Confluence Specialist

About the role

You will join Communardo Experts Morocco as an Atlassian Consultant, working on enterprise‑scale Jira and Confluence projects for global customers. The role focuses on analyzing environments, designing solutions, and leading Data Center to Cloud migrations.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and assess enterprise Jira and Confluence Data Center and Cloud environments, including configurations, customizations, Marketplace apps and integrations.
• Configure and administer Jira and Confluence (workflows, permission schemes, notifications, screens, custom fields, automation, project settings).
• Plan and execute Data Center to Cloud migrations using Atlassian migration tools, performing assessments, cleanup, and standardisation.
• Develop scripts and automations with ScriptRunner, Groovy, Java APIs and REST APIs.
• Evaluate, configure and support Atlassian Marketplace apps and governance topics such as SSO and user management.
• Collaborate with consultants, developers and international project teams while directly supporting enterprise customers.

Required profile

• English proficiency at C1 level (spoken and written).
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience with Jira and Confluence in enterprise‑scale environments.
• Strong consulting, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Willingness to work onsite in Casablanca Finance City (relocation support available).

Required skills

• Jira and Confluence administration (workflows, permission schemes, custom fields, etc.).
• Scripting and automation using ScriptRunner, Groovy, Java APIs and REST APIs.
• Experience with Atlassian Marketplace apps (e.g., eazyBI, Advanced Roadmaps, Xray).
• Data Center to Cloud migration using Jira Cloud Migration Assistant and Confluence Cloud Migration Assistant.
