Bar Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Bar Manager to oversee the daily operations of our lounge in Rabat. The role includes supervising staff, maintaining service standards, managing liquor inventories, and ensuring guest satisfaction while staying within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Manage bar/lounge operations and enforce beverage policies.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal liquor laws.
• Control inventory, conduct perpetual counts, and monitor cost and portion controls.
• Develop and promote menus, specials, and lounge events.
• Prepare and analyze budgets, operating statements, and payroll reports.
• Train staff on liquor control, sanitation, and customer service standards.
• Supervise staffing levels to meet service and financial objectives.
• Handle guest feedback, resolve complaints, and uphold high service quality.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least 4 years of food & beverage experience, OR an associate degree in Hospitality/Hotel Management with 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and control expenses.
• Strong leadership and team‑building skills.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
