Bar Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Bar Manager to lead the daily operations of our lounge in Rabat. The role combines staff supervision, inventory control, menu development and guest experience to ensure smooth, profitable service.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all bar/lounge shift activities, ensuring service standards and compliance with local liquor laws.
• Manage beverage inventory, including perpetual counts, bar pars, portion control and cost analysis.
• Develop and promote menu items and special promotions.
• Monitor and control budget, operating expenses and payroll to meet financial targets.
• Train and schedule staff, enforce liquor control policies and maintain sanitation standards.
• Respond to guest feedback, resolve complaints and uphold high customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with other food and beverage outlets and support events or conventions as needed.

Required profile

• High school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of food‑and‑beverage experience, or a 2‑year degree in hospitality/restaurant management with 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to lead a team in a fast‑paced bar environment.
• Strong understanding of beverage control, inventory management and budgeting.
• Knowledge of local, state and federal liquor regulations.
