About the role
Our baristas create memorable, unique experiences for guests, going beyond simply mixing drinks. They act as hosts of the bar space, staying attuned to emerging trends, local offerings, and evolving guest needs while delivering exceptional service.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality beverages and ensure the bar operates flawlessly.
- Stay informed about new trends and micro‑local offerings to enhance the guest experience.
- Build relationships with hotel teams and the community to anticipate and meet guest needs.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and provide guests with relevant information.
- Maintain a safe workplace by following company policies, protecting assets, and upholding confidentiality.
- Perform physical tasks such as standing for extended periods, lifting up to 25 lb, and moving items as required.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- At least one year of related work experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification required.
