Bilingual Call Center Sales Agent

About the role

Join TELUS International as a Bilingual Call Center Sales Agent and help drive growth by reaching out to potential customers in both French and English. You will represent industry‑leading products and services, delivering a personalized sales experience that meets each client’s needs.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate and manage outbound sales calls to existing customers across multiple markets.
• Build strong relationships by understanding customer needs, answering questions, and addressing concerns.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through effective prospecting, closing, and upselling.
• Accurately record all interactions and sales activities in the company’s CRM system.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of TELUS International’s offerings, market trends, and competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with Sales Managers and other departments to optimise the sales process and enhance the customer experience.

Required profile

• Fluent in both French and English (spoken and written).
• Proven experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or a similar role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to persuade and influence.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and able to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Problem‑solving mindset with a positive, solutions‑focused approach.
