Bilingual Customer Service Representative (French/English) – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual (French & English) Customer Service Representative to join a fast‑growing e‑commerce brand that offers smart, solar‑powered window shades. This fully remote position supports customers across multiple channels, ensuring a smooth and personalized experience for shoppers worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Provide empathetic, non‑robotic support via phone, email, and live chat.
• Prioritize and triage urgent tickets, especially time‑sensitive order modifications before warehouse cut‑offs.
• Handle multichannel interactions concurrently, maintaining high service quality.
• Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Take ownership of customer concerns from start to resolution and build lasting relationships.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service role.
• Experience in e‑commerce operations or support is highly preferred.
• Willingness to work rotating weekends and occasional night shifts.
• Strong communication, active listening, and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Experience with e‑commerce platforms such as Shopify.
• Familiarity with customer‑service tools like Gorgias or similar.
