About the role

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative for TELUS Digital, you will be the first point of contact for customers across Canada, delivering support in both English and French through phone, chat, and email. You will help customers navigate TELUS products, services, billing, and technical issues while embodying the company’s commitment to exceptional digital experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in English and French via phone, chat, or email.

Required profile
