Bilingual French & English Customer Support Representative

About the role

Join a fast‑growing remote team providing customer support for warranty and claims services to clients in the United States and Canada. You will handle inbound and outbound calls in both French and English, ensuring customers receive accurate information and timely assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound calls regarding warranty coverage, product support, and general inquiries.
• Make outbound calls to follow up on technician visits, schedule appointments, and clarify claim details.
• Log and report new claims accurately, gathering all required information for internal departments.
• Provide clear information about protection plans, warranty services, and the claims process.
• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate department and document all interactions in the system.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support.
• Fluent French (C1) and English (C1) – both written and spoken.
• Strong organizational, problem‑resolution, and communication skills.
• Experience supporting customers in the US and Canada, with basic knowledge of Canadian geography.
• Ability to work under pressure with empathy and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Core i5 or AMD Ryzen 5 processor, 8 GB RAM, Windows 10.
• Reliable headset and internet connection of at least 35 Mbps.
