Bilingual Inside Sales Representative – Remote (Morocco)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Inside Sales Representative to join our IT & Services Consulting team. Working remotely from anywhere in Morocco, you will collaborate daily with French‑speaking colleagues, partners, and clients in Quebec, helping to solve business challenges and drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with inside and outside sales teams to research and fulfill quote requests.
• Provide complex reporting and support the management of customers' annuity business.
• Stay up‑to‑date on technology trends, pricing programs, and selling processes.
• Build strong relationships with sales reps, vendors, and customers.
• Collaborate with Account Management and other internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Assist with project‑based activities such as equipment delivery forecasting and documentation tracking.
• Work to reduce escalations and mitigate customer risk.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of B2B customer service experience.
• Fluency in French (written and spoken) and English.
• Experience handling high volumes of customer requests and inbox management.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Required skills

• Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Power BI (enterprise‑grade reporting).
• Salesforce (CRM platform).
• Knowledge of Microsoft licensing programs (asset).
