Bilingual Payroll Coordinator (English & French)

About the role

IO Solutions is seeking a detail‑oriented Bilingual Payroll Coordinator to ensure accurate and timely payment for all contact‑center employees. Reporting to the Workforce Planning and Management Team Manager, you will work closely with workforce management and accounting to maintain data integrity and support smooth payroll operations.

Key responsibilities

• Extract and analyse daily worked‑hours (login) reports.
• Compile and calculate paid hours, bonuses, management and training hours for new hires.
• Create and maintain payroll import master files for each cycle.
• Send daily paid‑hours data to the workforce management team.
• Monitor and process payroll adjustments such as salary changes, referral bonuses, errors, medical leaves, etc.
• Maintain records of absences, leaves, terminations and role changes.
• Keep employee payroll records up‑to‑date (hours, vacation, benefits, deductions).
• Process monthly payroll accurately within required timelines.
• Calculate eligibility for incentive programs across sites.
• Identify offline agents for invoicing purposes.
• Respond to payroll‑related inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Process administrative payroll claims and support the accounting team.
• Perform any other related duties as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum of one year of experience in payroll management.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (essential).
• Fluent verbal and written communication in both English and French.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organisational, time‑management and prioritisation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
