Bilingual Sales Representative (English/French) – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual English‑French Sales Representative to join our remote team at 1 Clean Air. In this full‑time position you will support the Sales Manager by driving new business and handling administrative tasks for our air‑duct cleaning, HVAC and insulation services.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct inbound and outbound sales calls and emails to prospect and qualify potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with residential, commercial and industrial customers.
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate cleaning, HVAC or insulation solutions.
• Provide market feedback and client insights to management.
• Assist with scheduling, follow‑ups and coordination across departments.
• Perform general administrative duties to ensure smooth daily operations.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of proven sales experience.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and French.
• Excellent communication, organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work independently from a dedicated workspace.

Required skills

• Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., email, word processing, spreadsheets).
