About the role
The Book Keeper / Payments Specialist will ensure that all financial transactions are processed accurately and on time. Working closely with the finance team, you will maintain reliable records and support the company’s budgeting and forecasting activities.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and ledger maintenance.
- Process payments and invoices, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Reconcile bank statements and internal accounts to identify discrepancies.
- Prepare regular financial reports and summaries for management review.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis projects.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline and improve financial processes.
Required profile
- Strong background in bookkeeping and finance.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Analytical mindset with problem‑solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
Required skills
- Familiarity with accounting software.
