About the role
The BOS Client Executive is responsible for driving growth of the Solution Area Business & Operations Support Systems (SA BOS) portfolio across Morocco. Reporting dotted‑line to Key Account Managers, the role combines sales leadership, customer relationship management, and strategic execution in a fast‑paced, matrixed telecom environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement a growth strategy for the BOS portfolio, focusing on financial performance and customer satisfaction.
- Own the end‑to‑end sales cycle for BOS products and services, from prospecting to closing and post‑sale upselling.
- Build and strengthen relationships with CIOs and C‑level executives, addressing their business challenges with OSS/BSS and cloud solutions.
- Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities, creating detailed customer roadmaps and charge plans.
- Collaborate with sales support, delivery heads, and technical experts to scope and deliver solutions.
- Lead and motivate cross‑functional teams to achieve sales targets and meet incentive plans.
Required profile
- Minimum 10 years of IT sales and delivery experience, preferably in telecom.
- Proven track record of achieving $10 M+ annual sales turnover.
- Established relationships with senior executives (VP, C‑level) in Moroccan telcos.
- University degree or equivalent engineering/ICT experience.
- Strong commercial mindset, persuasive communication, and executive presence.
Required skills
- Knowledge of OSS and BSS systems.
- Experience with cloud and monetization solutions.
