Business Analyst

About the role

Join McKinsey & Company as a Business Analyst and work directly with leading organizations, from Fortune 500 firms to innovative startups. You will be part of a client‑service team, taking ownership of a workstream to address complex business challenges and deliver lasting impact.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and McKinsey colleagues to uncover underlying strategic issues.
• Conduct research, data analysis, interviews, and brainstorming sessions to generate insights.
• Develop actionable recommendations and implementation plans.
• Prepare high‑quality deliverables such as presentations, models, and written reports.
• Support clients during and after project delivery to ensure sustained results.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree (BAC +3/4) with up to 4 years of work experience.
• Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to work independently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and French.
• Analytical mindset with data‑driven decision‑making skills.
• Effective time‑management in an autonomous environment.
