Business Continuity & Datacenter Governance Expert

About the role

We are strengthening our IT infrastructure and resilience capabilities and are looking for a senior Business Continuity & Datacenter Governance Expert to lead continuity initiatives and datacenter governance. You will be responsible for identifying critical services, defining recovery strategies, and ensuring compliance with operational governance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and maintain the Business Impact Analysis (BIA) process, identifying critical processes and services.
• Define recovery objectives (RTO/RPO) and prioritize restoration activities.
• Design, update, and manage Business Continuity Plans (BCP) and Disaster Recovery Plans (DRP).
• Coordinate and supervise recovery tests, document results, and drive corrective actions.
• Oversee datacenter governance, including capacity monitoring, access control, and environmental conditions.
• Prepare for and support compliance and governance audits.
• Produce governance dashboards, indicators, and reports for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and operations teams and participate in governance committees.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in business continuity, disaster recovery, or critical infrastructure governance.
• Proven experience in complex production or managed service environments.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 22301 and ITIL processes.
