Business Developer – Talent Acquisition (IT Recruitment)

About the role

TCrew is seeking a Business Developer focused on talent acquisition within the IT recruitment sector. Based in Rabat, you will drive the company’s international growth by building new partnerships and delivering tailored recruitment solutions to large Belgian firms.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and develop new business opportunities with companies needing IT recruitment services.
• Manage a portfolio of existing clients, offering customized recruitment solutions and maintaining strong relationships.
• Qualify client needs, track leads and ensure effective follow‑up throughout the sales cycle.
• Lead contract negotiations, close deals and achieve sales targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of business development experience, preferably in the IT sector or a B2B environment.
• Good understanding of the IT market and typical technology profiles.
• Strong negotiation skills and a results‑oriented mindset.
• Fluent in French and English.
