Business Development Associate

About the role

Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions, a division of the Arrow Electronics Group, supplies IT professionals, service companies, publishers and integrators with global technological solutions across five segments: servers, storage and virtualization, networks and security, infrastructure software and cloud solutions. As part of its growth, ARROW ECS is strengthening its teams and is looking for a Business Development Associate in Casablanca.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with inbound and outbound MQLs by call, email and social outreach to assess interest, needs and buying intent
• Qualify leads against defined criteria (budget, authority, need, timeline) and convert them into SQLs for the sales team
• Collaborate with marketing to give feedback on lead quality, campaign performance and targeting
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in CRM systems such as Salesforce or Dynamics
• Nurture leads through the early stages of the sales funnel to build a strong, consistent pipeline
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities in existing accounts when relevant
• Meet and exceed KPIs on lead conversion rates, pipeline generation and activity levels
• Stay informed on IT products, solutions and market trends to position offerings effectively

Required profile

• 1 to 3+ years of experience in lead generation, inside sales or business development within the IT/Tech industry
• Proven track record of converting MQLs into SQLs or generating qualified pipeline
• Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles, especially in IT solutions or services
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Required skills

• Experience using CRM tools and sales engagement platforms
• CRM systems such as Salesforce or Dynamics
