About the role
The Business Development Executive will work on‑site in Marrakech, focusing on identifying and creating new business opportunities. You will generate leads, build strong client relationships, and manage existing accounts while collaborating with internal teams to drive growth and revenue.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and develop new market opportunities and lead generation initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Manage and grow existing accounts, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal departments to design and execute strategic business plans.
- Track performance metrics and report on sales pipeline progress.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in sales, business development, or a related role is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency in new business development and lead generation.
- Experience in account management and maintaining client relationships.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic business plans and initiatives.
