Business Development Manager – Industrial Projects & Services (Freelance)

About the role

Beck & Pollitzer is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager on a freelance basis to build and grow its industrial projects and services business in Morocco. The role focuses on identifying early‑stage investment opportunities, establishing relationships with key decision‑makers, and supporting the preparation of technical and commercial proposals.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new industrial investment projects before they reach the tender stage.
• Develop long‑term relationships with plant managers, engineering managers, maintenance managers, operations directors, project managers and procurement teams.
• Coordinate with Beck & Pollitzer’s engineering teams to shape technical solutions and commercial offers.
• Participate in negotiations and represent the company at customer meetings, site visits and industry exhibitions.
• Monitor and report on industrial investments, new factories and expansion projects across Morocco.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of business development or technical sales experience in industrial services, engineering projects or related technical solutions.
• Deep understanding of the Moroccan industrial landscape and an existing network within manufacturing companies.
• Proven ability to work independently as a local business partner.
