Business Development Manager – Lead Generation

About the role

Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions is seeking a results‑driven Business Development Manager to lead its global Lead Generation team. You will be responsible for converting Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) and building scalable processes that support pipeline growth across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a worldwide team of Lead Generation Specialists/SDRs focused on MQL‑to‑SQL conversion.
• Define and implement strategies to improve lead qualification, conversion rates and overall pipeline generation.
• Own the end‑to‑end MQL‑to‑SQL process, ensuring consistency and data accuracy across regions.
• Partner with Marketing to align on campaign performance, lead quality and targeting.
• Collaborate with Sales leadership to guarantee smooth handoff of SQLs and strong pipeline conversion.
• Monitor, report and act on key performance metrics such as conversion rates, pipeline value and speed‑to‑lead.
• Establish best practices for CRM usage, data hygiene and reporting.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in Inside Sales, Lead Generation or Business Development within the IT/Tech sector.
• Proven experience managing and scaling high‑performing sales development or lead generation teams.
• Strong track record of improving MQL‑to‑SQL conversion and generating qualified pipeline.
• Deep understanding of B2B sales cycles for IT solutions or services.
• Experience working in a global or multi‑regional environment.
• Fluent in English and French; additional languages are a plus.
