Business Development Manager – Material Handling & Ports

About the role

The Business Development Manager will lead the expansion of AIM's material handling and port solutions in the Moroccan market. You will be responsible for creating a competitive position for existing products while identifying and securing new growth opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the existing sales pipeline and actively develop new business opportunities.
• Screen potential deals by analysing market strategies, financials and internal priorities.
• Identify and approach prospective partners to propose business collaborations.
• Develop negotiation strategies aligned with company objectives, assessing risks and partner needs.
• Close new contracts, coordinate requirements and integrate agreements into operational processes.
• Provide direction to account managers on emerging opportunities and evolving customer needs.

• Proven experience in building and managing professional networks.
• Excellent relationship‑building and customer‑relationship management skills.
