Business Development Officer – Part‑Time, Hybrid

About the role

PATTPATT, an innovative social‑event platform serving over 120,000 active users across more than ten countries, is looking for a motivated Business Development Officer. This part‑time, hybrid position starts with a three‑month trial and may transition to a full‑time role based on performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, qualify and convert inbound leads generated by targeted marketing campaigns.
• Identify, engage and secure partnerships with venue operators, event organizers and festival promoters.
• Facilitate B2B onboarding and provide ongoing operational support for new platform users.
• Assist end‑users with occasional ticketing inquiries to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Drive regional revenue by promoting PATTPATT’s ticketing, reservation and management tools.
• Gather market insights to help the product team tailor features to local demands.
• Participate in weekly pipeline and strategy reviews with the Chief Sales Officer.

Required profile

• Full professional proficiency in French and English; additional languages are a plus.
• At least 1 year of experience in sales, business development or account management, or strong communication skills for entry‑level candidates.
• Confident communicator able to present software solutions to industry professionals.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced startup environment with high personal accountability.
• Entrepreneurial drive, goal‑oriented mindset and interest in nightlife, entertainment and event‑tech sectors.
