Business Development Representative – Digital Marketing Agency

About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Representative to join a fast‑growing digital marketing agency. The role focuses on generating new business through outbound prospecting and qualifying leads for our Account Executives.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, email, and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads.
• Identify and research target companies within key industries.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on ICP criteria.
• Book discovery calls and product demos for Account Executives.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach and pipeline activity in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and campaigns.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly KPIs such as meetings booked, conversion rates, and pipeline generated.

Required profile

• Proven experience in cold outreach, lead generation, and appointment setting.
• Experience selling digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Highly organized, self‑motivated, and target‑driven.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, remote environment.
