About the role
The Business Development Specialist will support CE Solution Plus Corp’s expansion in Morocco by identifying new opportunities, building relationships with prospective clients and partners, and contributing to the company’s growth strategy. This full‑time, on‑site position works closely with U.S. government contracting teams and internal departments.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, research, and qualify new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, subcontractors, and industry stakeholders.
- Generate and manage leads through networking, outreach campaigns, and market research.
- Support proposal development by gathering information, coordinating with internal teams, and assisting with submission preparation.
- Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis to spot emerging opportunities and industry trends.
- Assist in developing and executing strategic business development plans.
- Attend networking events, conferences, trade shows, and industry meetings as required.
- Collaborate with recruiting, operations, proposal, and executive teams to achieve growth objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of opportunities, client interactions, and pipeline activities.
- Prepare professional presentations, capability statements, and business development materials.
- Utilize AI‑powered tools to improve research, lead generation, and business development processes.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in lead qualification and lead generation activities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Excellent business‑to‑business (B2B) communication abilities.
