Business Intelligence Engineer (Remote)

About the role

Expertflow Morocco is looking for a motivated Business Intelligence Engineer to design, develop, and maintain data solutions that turn raw data into actionable insights. The role is fully remote and supports strategic and operational decision‑making across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimise scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and data warehouses.
• Create interactive dashboards, KPIs and reports using Power BI, Tableau or Looker Studio.
• Implement AI‑driven analytics, predictive models and LLM‑based reporting solutions.
• Develop and optimise SQL queries, stored procedures and manage relational and non‑relational databases.
• Collaborate with business teams, developers and project managers to gather requirements and deliver solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Intelligence, data engineering or analytics.
• Strong understanding of data quality, governance and security best practices.
