Business Unit Manager – Industrial Paint (Casablanca)

About the role

Tectra is seeking a Business Unit Manager to lead its Industrial Paint division in Casablanca. The role combines commercial development, profit‑center management, and technical solution delivery for large industrial accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for the industrial paint portfolio.
• Drive profitability by managing revenue, margin targets and key performance indicators.
• Maintain and expand relationships with international suppliers.
• Lead technical projects, including polyurethane foam spray insulation and projection equipment solutions.
• Structure and grow the business unit for long‑term success.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of B2B technical solutions development experience.
• Proven track record in commercial management or Business Unit leadership.
• Background in industrial paint, surface treatment, or related equipment sectors.
• Experience handling large industrial accounts and international supplier networks.
• Strong ability to manage budgets, KPIs and CRM systems.
