CA Team Leader

About the role

At TE, you will unleash your potential working with people from diverse backgrounds and industries to create a safer, sustainable and more connected world. In this role you will perform basic activities to assist in the safe operation, complex repairs, and major adjustments to assembly equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Adhere to all environmental, health and safety rules, regulations and work‑related instructions while recording data in compliance with tracking requirements.
• Test the performance of completed assemblies and sub‑assemblies and make necessary adjustments.
• Foster an environment that encourages continuous teamwork and is dedicated to the improvement of assembly processes.
• Operate and monitor automated technologies used in the assembly process.

Required profile

• Minimum of 4 years of related work experience.
• Completion of high school; vocational training or an associate degree is preferred.
• Demonstrates values of integrity, accountability, inclusion, innovation and teamwork.
• Ability to work in a team‑oriented environment focused on continuous improvement.
