Cabin Crew – In‑flight Service Professional

About the role

As a Cabin Crew member you will act as the airline’s ambassador, delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring passenger safety and comfort throughout the flight. You will work closely with the flight crew and cabin supervisors to maintain a positive corporate image and a seamless travel experience.

Key responsibilities

• Attend pre‑flight briefings, understand flight details, and coordinate roles and targets.
• Provide safety instructions, identify safety risks, and take corrective actions in line with SOPs.
• Administer first aid when required and report any irregularities to the cabin supervisor and captain.
• Welcome passengers, assist with boarding, and manage passenger data according to airline and civil aviation procedures.
• Deliver personalized service, address passenger requests, and support those experiencing stress or difficulty.
• Promote on‑board sales, charity programs, and handle cash or card payments securely.
• Conduct pre‑flight equipment checks, report deficiencies, and ensure cabin cleanliness and proper catering.
• Complete post‑flight reports, evaluate cabin supervision, and assist with handovers to catering or maintenance teams.

Required profile

• Proper grooming, fitness, and legal eligibility to work on assigned flights.
• Ability to attend briefings, follow safety procedures, and communicate effectively with crew and passengers.
• Attention to detail for equipment checks, cash handling, and reporting.
• Flexibility to work varying flight schedules and adapt to on‑board situations.

Required skills

• First Aid certification.
• Cash handling and basic financial transaction skills.
