Cadre Back Office Crédit (H/F)

About the role

CFG Bank is looking for a Back Office Credit Officer to join the Banking Services Department. Reporting to the Back Office Credit Supervisor, you will handle a variety of credit‑related administrative tasks and ensure smooth processing of credit modifications.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and process requests for credit modifications such as modulation, suspension, early repayment and disbursement.
• Manage requests for attestations, disputed statements, tax adjustments and leasing invoices.
• Systematically generate post‑repayment loan statements and monitor credit due dates.
• Handle closure requests and activate guarantees when required.

Required profile

• Master’s level education (Bac+5) in business, finance or related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in credit operations.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong knowledge of financial mathematics (simple and compound interest, amortisation tables, monthly payment calculations, fees, etc.).
• Familiarity with credit regulations (BAM circulars, internal procedures).
• Expertise in credit processing, disbursement and file tracking procedures.
• In‑depth understanding of bank guarantees, including types, release mechanisms and verification of security contracts.
