CAE Engineer (m/f/d) Meshing / Model Build

About the role

We are looking for a motivated CAE Engineer to join our Rabat team. You will focus on meshing and model build activities, creating and adapting FEM simulation models for automotive projects.

Key responsibilities

• Create and modify FEM simulation models using ANSA.
• Validate and perform plausibility checks of FEM models across various technical domains.
• Document and present simulation results, coordinating with customers and project management.
• Develop and implement optimization proposals.
• Support assemblies throughout the development process from concept to series production.
• Collaborate with design, testing and other departments in a team‑oriented environment.

Required profile

• Vocational training, technician qualification, or a degree in automotive, aerospace, mechanical engineering or a comparable field.
• Ideally 1‑3 years of experience with FEM preprocessors.
• Independent, structured work style with quick comprehension and high reliability.
• Strong commitment, communication skills and a service‑oriented mindset.
• Business‑fluent English.

• ANSA (FEM preprocessor).
• HyperWorks (optional FEM preprocessor).
• Programming languages: TCL, Python, Bash.
