Calibration Project Manager

About the role

The Calibration Project Manager leads and coordinates calibration activities for multiple electrified propulsion system projects. The role ensures delivery against quality, cost, and schedule targets while fostering cross‑functional collaboration and stakeholder alignment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, monitor and control project schedules, budgets and deliverables using Planisware and PLM tools.
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks, issues and escalations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Organise and lead project, management and quality‑gate reviews, presenting status reports to senior leadership.
• Track key performance indicators, ensure milestone convergence and drive continuous improvement.
• Consolidate project volumes, milestones and deliverables, and produce dashboards and management presentations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Automotive or related engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical project management or project leadership, preferably in automotive or industrial product development.
• PMP certification is a strong asset.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience using Planisware for scheduling and planning.
• Familiarity with PLM systems for product data analysis.
• Strong budget planning, cost estimation and financial tracking capabilities.
• Risk, issue and stakeholder management expertise.
