Capacity Planning Analyst

About the role

ALTEN Morocco is looking for a Capacity Planning Analyst to lead demand planning and coordinate operational activities that optimise vehicle flow across the MEA region. You will work closely with service providers, purchasing and logistics teams to meet regional targets through strategic action plans and performance monitoring.

Key responsibilities

• Lead demand planning and operational coordination to optimise vehicle flow and achieve MEA regional targets.
• Prepare and execute mid‑term (M+4) logistics tactical plans in collaboration with service providers.
• Monitor production plans, review logistics plans with purchasing and other stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement.
• Produce monthly logistics reports and centralise relevant data.
• Maintain regular interaction with purchasing departments and logistics providers.

Required profile

• Bac+5 degree in industrial engineering or logistics.
• 1‑3 years of experience in logistics, demand planning or related fields.
• Strong interest in the automotive industry and logistics operations.
• Fluent English (B2 level); French is a plus.
