Channel Director

About the role

Huawei is seeking an experienced Channel Director to lead the distribution business with partner networks. You will shape channel strategies, drive product coverage, and ensure sales targets are met across the market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with channel partners, guiding senior managers on business strategies.
• Create a channel partner map and design product coverage and sales strategies based on market characteristics.
• Plan and execute retail marketing activities, enable partners, and boost retail sales volume.
• Monitor sales processes, identify and manage channel risks such as inventory and market order, and ensure healthy product operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (education requirement may be lowered in regions with lower education levels).
• 5+ years of relevant industry experience, preferably in ICT or telecom sales.
• Proficiency in English; additional minority language skills are a plus.
