Chargé d'approvisionnement

About the role

As a Supply Officer within Magna's Mechatronics, Mirrors & Lighting group, you will support the manufacturing process by ensuring that all necessary materials are available on time and at the right cost. You will work closely with production teams and external suppliers to keep the supply chain flowing smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, order, and manage the quantities of materials required for manufacturing and final product shipment.
• Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and contracts with suppliers.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Coordinate with internal departments to align material availability with production schedules.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, deliveries, and inventory levels.

Required profile

• Proven experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in an industrial or automotive environment.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
