Chargé de Clientèle – Marrakech & Regions

About the role

The Client Relationship Officer will report to the Agency Director and will be responsible for advising, retaining and growing a portfolio of banking clients in Marrakech and surrounding regions. The role involves continuously promoting and selling the full range of Bank of Africa products and services while managing commercial targets and mitigating risk.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalized financial advice and solutions to existing and prospective clients.
• Develop and maintain a client portfolio, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
• Identify sales opportunities and cross‑sell banking products in line with individual and branch objectives.
• Plan, monitor and report on commercial activities to achieve set targets.
• Participate in risk prevention measures and ensure compliance with banking regulations.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Business, Finance or a related field from a university or business school.
• Minimum two years of experience in a similar client‑facing banking or financial sales role.
• Strong commercial acumen, excellent written communication and persuasive argumentation skills.
• High level of rigor, organization and ability to work effectively within a team.
