About the role

BMCE Capital Investments, a manager of Moroccan private‑equity funds, is looking for an experienced investment professional to join its Casablanca office. The role involves sourcing new investment opportunities, conducting thorough due diligence, and monitoring portfolio companies across SMEs and startups.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and recommend investments using market, competitor and company financial analysis.
• Prepare investment cases for presentation to the Investment Committee.
• Model business plans, perform detailed financial analysis and contribute to legal investment structures.
• Carry out strategic diligence on sectors, markets and competitive positioning.
• Analyse financial statements and operating processes as part of financial and operational due diligence.
• Review portfolio‑company reporting and accounts and contribute to periodic valuations.
• Keep investee profitability, capital‑structure and valuation information current.
• Produce investor financial reports required by the fund’s management rules.
