About the role

The company seeks a Methodology & Optimization Engineer to improve industrial processes for aerospace component production. You will lead the deployment of a new optimization software and ensure its effective use across the plant.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze current industrial processes to identify improvement opportunities (programs, machines, tooling, raw materials, etc.).
• Propose and implement technical solutions that reduce production costs and raw material consumption.
• Measure and track the gains generated by optimization actions.
• Lead the implementation and act as the referent for the new optimization software.
• Guarantee data reliability, perform updates, and maintain software performance.
• Create training materials such as user guides, backup procedures, and best‑practice documents.
• Serve as the key user, handling anomalies and providing support to end‑users.
• Participate in continuous improvement of the tool and its functionalities.

Required profile

• Engineering degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in machining and precision programming.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Orientation toward continuous improvement and performance optimisation.
