About the role
We are looking for an HR Generalist to join our team in Fès. The successful candidate will support the daily HR operations, ensure compliance with Moroccan labour law, and help implement the group’s HR strategy.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and monitor administrative personnel files.
- Oversee payroll processing and social security declarations.
- Implement the group’s HR strategy at the operational level.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory obligations in labour law.
- Participate actively in recruitment and onboarding of new hires.
- Act as a local liaison, providing support and guidance to employees.
Required profile
- Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum three years of experience in a similar HR role.
- Strong interpersonal and listening skills.
- High level of rigor, autonomy and organizational ability.
- Discretion and respect for confidentiality.
- Knowledge of HRIS tools is a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
